Der Kontakt mit 100% Plumbing & Construction lief komplett unkompliziert über WhatsApp. Innerhalb eines Tages wurde ein Mitarbeiter geschickt, der das Problem zunächst behob und sich – obwohl er schon im Auto saß – sofort erneut kümmerte, als es kurz darauf wieder auftrat. Er fand die eigentliche Ursache (ein sehr alter Druckreduzierer am Wassereingang) und erklärte transparent, dass dafür anderes Material nötig sei. Wir vereinbarten einen Termin für die nächste Woche. Da ich nicht vor Ort war, koordinierte ich alles über meine Nachbarin – absolut problemlos. Der Mitarbeiter war pünktlich, zuverlässig und wollte die Nachbarin nicht stören, also brachte er sogar eine Leiter mit, um über das Tor zu kommen. Die Reparatur dauerte rund zwei Stunden. Er dokumentierte alles mit Fotos und erklärte genau, was gemacht wurde. Das Ergebnis: sauber, professionell, kundenorientiert. Man sah hinterher nicht einmal, dass jemand gehämmert oder gearbeitet hatte. Fazit: schnelle Hilfe, sehr sauber gearbeitet, extrem zuverlässig und absolut vertrauenswürdig.Klare 5 Sterne.
