There are a variety of air conditioning systems available. Multiple systems with one single exterior compressor and several interior units; single split systems comprising one exterior unit and one interior unit and ducted air conditioning systems.
Installation for the single split units is very quick and can be achieved in a few hours. Ducted systems are more involved and work with cold or hot air being pushed through ducting pipes into the rooms via ceiling or wall mounted vents. A ducted system may involve the installation of false ceilings.
