If your town is not on the list, it is still worth asking. Coverage depends on the type of work as well as the location, and some jobs reach further than others — tell us where you are and what you need and we will say yes or no straight away.

What we cover in those areas
The same range across all of them, for permanent homes, holiday properties, rental apartments, villas and businesses:
| Service | What it covers |
|---|---|
| General plumbing | Leaks, blockages, pipework, taps, bathrooms and repairs |
| Plomberie d'urgence | Burst pipes, overflows and faults that cannot wait |
| Central heating | Installation, servicing and repair |
| Hot water systems | Boilers and water heaters, installed and serviced |
| Gas installations | Certified gas work |
| Domestic water supply | Mains, pressure, pumps and valves |
| Traitement de l'eau | Hard water, limescale, softening and filtration |
| Piscines | Construction, repairs, heating and détection de fuites dans les piscines |
Not every job is the same job, so coverage can depend on the type of work as well as the address. The full range is on our services de plomberie page.
Why working from Calpe matters
Being based in the middle of the area we cover changes the practical things rather than the technical ones: how quickly someone can come out, whether a site visit before a quote is realistic, whether maintenance can be scheduled around when you are actually in the property, and whether follow-up work means waiting for somebody to be in the area again.
For a one-off repair that matters less. For a property you keep, a rental you let, or a system you want maintained rather than replaced, it matters quite a lot.
Holiday homes, rentals and empty properties
A large share of the properties along this coast are second residences, holiday lets and rentals that stand empty for months and then need attention at short notice — often just before guests arrive, or just after somebody has found something on a visit.
That is a different kind of work from a repair in an occupied house. It usually means checking a property nobody has been inside for months, dealing with whatever the vacancy caused, and doing it to a date. Our plumbing maintenance checklist for holiday homes covers what we look at.

If your town is not listed
Ask anyway. The list above is where we work regularly, not a boundary drawn on a map — and the answer also depends on what the job is.
Tell us the town, the type of property and what needs doing, and you will get a straight answer rather than a maybe. If it is not something we can take on, we will say so rather than leave you waiting.
