Why working from Calpe matters
Being based in the middle of the area we cover changes the practical things rather than the technical ones: how quickly someone can come out, whether a site visit before a quote is realistic, whether maintenance can be scheduled around when you are actually in the property, and whether follow-up work means waiting for somebody to be in the area again.
For a one-off repair that matters less. For a property you keep, a rental you let, or a system you want maintained rather than replaced, it matters quite a lot.
Holiday homes, rentals and empty properties
A large share of the properties along this coast are second residences, holiday lets and rentals that stand empty for months and then need attention at short notice — often just before guests arrive, or just after somebody has found something on a visit.
